Probably the worst hotel we stayed at in Vietnam

The hotel is located very well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was such a shame that the staff (which mostly did not speak English) was not kind and welcoming. They insisted not to let us check in the room until the formal check in hour even though we arrived after a long journey and the room was ready (since eventually the ladies at the reception changed and due to language difficulties the let us in by mistake). The staff wasn’t able to help us book tours, transportation or any other service (due to language) and one checked out they were very unwilling even to make a phone call to check for our bus. The room was equipped with 1 small window overlooking the internal yard of local family which was noisy before 6 am each morning (window open or closed noise was the same) waking us up.

Good location, lots of hotels around, ten minute walk to market and lake. I got the bigger room but still seemed a little claustrophobic, but fairly typical.

For the price it wasn’t too shabby, the decor of the room was traditional (not modern), close to the Da Lat market and the lake. Unless you booked a room towards the front of the hotel, you will not get a lakeside view. Every staff was friendly and it felt like a family run business. Free parking for scooters in their underground garage.

Хороший, недорогой отель в центре города. До ночного рынка рукой подать. В шаговой доступности одна из автобусных станций. В номере было тихо, но холодно. Присутствует все необходимое. Очень приветливый персонал.

친절한 서비스. 그러나 도로변 숙소는 피하세요 ..

친절한 스태프 덕분에 기분좋게 묶었지만 시설 자체는 오래된 호텔이라고 할 수밖에 없습니다. 도로와 인접한 탓에 오토바이와 차량들 소음이 많고 주변 상점 등에서 새벽까지 큰 소리로 음악을 틀고 노래를 불러서 잠을 잘 못자서 불편했습니다. 위치는 나쁘지 않은데 달랏 어디든 택시로 이동해야 하니 좀 떨어진 곳에 조용한 숙소를 잡으시길 권합니다. 전쟁이 나도 잠을 잘 자는 분은 얼마든지 이용하세요.
