Terrible because the hotel staffs let us family of 18 people 6 family rooms stayed mostly at the basement level rooms with the rooms’ views are bricks surrounding. We asked for the higher level rooms but they said all the rooms have been reserved for the group tours of 30-50 people. In general, basements generally are not designed to make guests’ rooms but cars’ garages.
