"This is a huge hotel but not completely updated and they tried to charge us for parking at a rate of $10 dollars a day but they clearly had a sign that said parking was a courtesy to the guest of the hotel. Would like to know who was just pocketing the fees to park. Other guests were smoking Marijuana in their room across the hall from us with children in the room with them. Did let the woman know that was going on at the front desk several times. I don't think we can honestly recommend this hotel to anyone! Yes the employees were friendly!"

"I love this hotel! My daughter and I stayed in a downtown hotel for most of our vacation but needed to move closer to the airport as our flight was super early. Kozy hotel was soooo much better and the bed was extremely comfortable… we both slept better than the previous hotel and home! Thank you! Next vaca we are staying here!"
