"En general el resort es muy bueno yo todos los años voy dos y tres veces. Me gustó que ahora podamos ir al parque de agua todos los días que estemos rentados. Pero no me gustó que esta vez la casa no estaba limpia, no había suficientes toallas blancas y toallas para la piscina y el aire acondicionado no se lo que tenía pero no enfriaba bien y pasamos calor en la propiedad. Espero que para la próxima no tengamos estos contratiempos porque me gusta mucho ese lugar sobre todo por los niños y porque somos una familia grande."

"I wanna start by saying that the staff was absolutely incredible! They were nice, accommodating, and very professional! However,We’ve stayed at many Hyatt hotels in various areas and this particular one was by far the worst. We were unaware that one of the Elevators was not in working service and they were doing some sprinkler piping repairs, which made the smell unbearable on that particular floor. The staff was exceptionally nice. They did move us to another floor. Unfortunately, we saw cockroaches in that room."
