Top Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind brandneu und alles ist sehr sauber. Die KĂŒche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und die BĂ€der ausreichend groß. Als Familie mit Kleinkindern muss man sich bewusst sein, dass kein Bad vom Wohnbereich aus zugĂ€ngig ist, aber das war uns vorher klar und man bekommt es organisiert. Das Haus ist sehr leicht zu erreichen, der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Min und auch der Kern Duhnens mit Restaurants, Bars etc. ist in 10 Min fußlĂ€ufig bequem erreichbar. Einzige Wermutstropfen beziehen sich auf das Haus. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Haus, sodass GepĂ€ck umstĂ€ndlich ums Haus herum getragen werden muss und jeder Ausflug etwas aufwĂ€ndiger als eigentlich nötig wird. Zudem fiel der Aufzug leider mehrfach wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes aus und die TĂŒren im Haus sind aus BrandschutzgrĂŒnden nachvollziehbar automatisch schließend, aber die Vorspannung ist so hoch, dass ein DreijĂ€hriger sĂ€mtliche TĂŒren im Haus nicht eigenstĂ€ndig öffnen kann.

Fantastische Ferienwohnung direkt in einem neu gebauten Haus am Kreisverkehr in Duhnen. Blick vom Balkon seitlich auf das Meer. VerkehrslÀrm ertrÀglich, da 2. Etage und nachts ruhig. Toll eingerichtet und alles notwendige vorhanden. Gute Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Eigene Garage und Tiefgarage im Haus mit Fahrradkeller. Kurzer Weg zum Sandstrand und zu den Restaurants in Duhnen.

Wir haben uns in dieser herrlichen und sehr modernen Ferienwohnung super wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sehr geschmackvoll möbliert eingerichtet. Alles super sauber und neu. Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Super fanden wir die 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Besser geht es nicht. Auch eine eigene Garage fĂŒr unser Auto war vorhanden. Alles super toll organisiert.
