Relax in our apartment Helgoland. The old floorboards have been preserved in the house and their sounds are reminiscent of days gone by. Enjoy the rustic effect of a stylish combination of antiques, modern furniture and accessories. Real oil paintings by the Cuxhaven marine painter and bag designer Elke Timmermann decorate the walls and convey a maritime flair.

The apartment Helgoland is on the 1st floor of an old, completely renovated farmhouse (built in 1746).
All our apartments in this house are non-smoking apartments.
Outside of the house, smokers will also find a place with us.

Living room:
In the living room you will find new leather sofas and a new dining area. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV (32 ") and BluRay player (DVD).
Games and books are also available for your entertainment.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and dishwasher.

1st bedroom:
The large bedroom has a double bed with adjustable slatted frames, valet, full-length mirror, clock radio, ironing board & iron, clothes horse, and a large wardrobe.

2 Bedrooms:
In the small bedroom there are 2 single beds with adjustable slatted frames, a small seating area and a wardrobe.

Miscellaneous:
A sewing set and a first aid kit are available.
On request you can get a cot, high chair and buggy from us at no extra charge. We are also happy to provide you with our pram (Teutonia) for € 4 per day.
If you wish, you can access a washing machine. The fee is € 4 per wash (incl. Washing powder and fabric softener) or € 2.50 excl. Washing powder and fabric softener.
We are happy to offer you our laundry package (towels, tea towels, shower towel, shower mat and bed linen) for € 20 per person.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist modern und gleichzeitig sehr geschmackvoll im Stil des alten Bauernhauses eingerichtet – eine tolle Mischung aus Komfort und traditionellem Charme. Besonders gefallen hat uns, wie liebevoll jedes Detail gestaltet wurde.Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann, und alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Zwar gab es keinen Balkon, aber dafür konnte die Terrasse und der Garten genutzt werden – perfekt, um die frische Luft zu genießen und zu entspannen.Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls top. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand sowie verschiedene Restaurants und einen Bäcker. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub, aber dennoch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten.Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm, und der Check-in sowie Check-out liefen völlig unkompliziert.Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ferienwohnung Helgoland

Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock eines 280 Jahre alten Hauses, modern renoviert, viel Platz, gut ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll dekoriert, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand Döse. Sehr gute Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke, mehrere gute Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Frau und Herr Timmermann sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Besonders geeignet für Ruhe liebende Menschen. Das Haus ist gut erhalten und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche animiert allerdings zum Essen gehen. Schade, dass das Dach mit unechtem Reet eingedeckt wurde.

Der Gesamteindruck des Objektes war gut. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer war auch gut. Das Alter des Gebäudes und die rustikale Einrichtung der Wohnung waren vorab bekannt. Technik und Wohncomfort waren dennoch gut.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer wunderbar stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Das alte Bauernhaus knarzt wie in der Beschreibung klar angegeben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einzige Enttäuschung: Das Reetdach ist aus Kunststoff.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnungen liegen in einem wunderschönen alten Haus und sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut (Bäcker und Fahrradverleih um die Ecke) und die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung sind von hier gut erreichbar. Wir haben einen schönen Kurzurlaub als Familie verbracht, gerne jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schöne, gemütliche, ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und es war sehr ruhig. Im Garten ließen sich die Ostereier gut verstecken😃 Allerdings ist die Wohnung für Cuxhaven Stadtteil Duhnen ausgeschrieben, obwohl sich das Objekt im Stadtteil Döse befindet. Der Weg zum Strand bei der Kugelbake, war in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Eine tolle Woche

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche hier. Frau Timmermann hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen, alles super erklärt und gezeigt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Es ist einfach von hier zum Strand zu kommen und in der Wohnung haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Vielen lieben Dank! Das es war schön!

Rundum ein super Urlaub!

Gleich der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung war sehr positiv. Gepflegtes Haus, moderne Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und absolut zum wohlfühlen. Super auch für Familien mit kleinkindern geeignet. Der Fußweg zum Strand dauert ca 5 Minuten, also ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Familie timmermann sind sehr nette und gastfreundliche vermieter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! :)
