VILLA FENICE (Cin: IT081007C2YXHW5L2W) is a stunning villa perched on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare del Golfo, with a breathtaking panoramic view from its terrace.
Villa Fenice is a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday, yet still enjoy the nightlife, with the Baglio di Scopello or the port of Castellammare del Golfo just a few minutes away.
From the villa, you can easily reach the most enchanting and important tourist destinations.
In fact, just 4 km away are the most famous places in Western Sicily, such as the nearby, charming and popular "Baia di Guidaloca," the famous "Faraglioni di Scopello" with its ancient "Tonnara di Scopello," and the unique "Borgo di Scopello."
Another 2 km further, you can reach the beautiful "Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro" with its many natural bays.
But just 1 km away, you can reach the beautiful "Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro" with its many natural bays.
From the Villa, we find the "Borgo di Visicari" with the largest and most historic Islamic Granary in Italy, the "Granaio Islamico Aghadir," nestled on the hill behind the Villa.
A few kilometers away are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and bars with ATMs.
The villa's bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning (4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed).
There are 4 full bathrooms, 3 of which are within 3 bedrooms, while 1 bathroom is outside the bedrooms for all guests.
There is also a garden shower near the pool with hot and cold water.
Villa Fenice consists of a living room with sofas, a kitchen with a 4-burner stovetop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, drip coffee machines, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a traditional Bialetti Moka pot, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an outdoor BBQ area.
Smart TV with Prime App, Netflix, etc. (Service not included) can be used with the guest's account.
In the garden, there is a 10-meter swimming pool, 1.3 meters deep, and a smaller 2 x 2-meter pool, both with unheated water at room temperature. There is a large solarium with sun loungers, a Mediterranean garden with various relaxation areas, and two hammocks for relaxing while enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Gulf, where you can enjoy a captivating sunrise and sunset.
The villa is rented exclusively and is located on a property of over 5,000 square meters, fenced and equipped with a private gate. This guarantees maximum privacy, as the other villas are distant and there is no view that could disturb guests.
On the property, we have:
- A free parking area (electric or plug-in vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into the house's electrical outlets for charging).
- A large 70 square meter veranda/terrace. With a bamboo canopy, it overlooks the panoramic view, spanning the entire Gulf of Castellammare, from Palermo Airport to the Guidaloca Bay in Scopello.
- Inside the veranda/terrace, there is an outdoor dining area with a large table and seating for 10.
- A sofa and two armchairs complete with soft cushions, plenty of space for chairs to enjoy the view, and a hammock for quiet relaxation while enjoying the sea view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare.
- Near the pool, there is a BBQ area and an outdoor shower for the pool and all guests.

10 km away, the "Terme Segestane" natural thermal sulphurous water spring and the spa with a thermal water and mud pool.
Nearby, we also find the "Greek Temple of Segesta" and the "Greek Theater of Segesta," as well as the "Archaeological Park of Selinunte."
The nearby town of Alcamo, with its extensive beaches (Alcamo Marina), the Castle of the Counts of Modica, and the Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve, with its Saracen Tower and its ancient Funtanazza fountain dating back to the Middle Ages.
A half-hour drive away are the famous beach of San Vito Lo Capo, the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve, the "Mangiapane" Cave in Custonaci, the beauty of Erice, the extraordinary Trapani Salt Pans, the Stagnone Nature Reserve with the island of Mothia, and the Punic Ship of Marsala, offering opportunities for wine tasting.
A 45-minute drive away is the large city of Palermo, with nearby Monreale and many other tourist attractions.
Things to know:
Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Different times, if possible, must be agreed with the owners at least one week before check-in.
For a comfortable stay, a rental car is recommended.
- The pool will be cleaned twice a week from July 15th to September 15th, while during other periods it will be cleaned once a week.
Water quality monitoring is included at no additional cost.
- Smoking is permitted in the villa's large outdoor areas.
- Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms and interior areas of the villa.
- Hosting guests who are not part of the reservation is prohibited. However, if you wish to host a friend or relative during your stay, even if they are not staying overnight and are only staying for the day, you must first obtain permission from the owners. If permission is granted, you will be asked to pay a supplement per person for each day, even partial stay.
- Electric or plug-in vehicles cannot be charged at the villa's power outlets.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay a €200 security deposit in cash, which will be refunded upon check-out if you have followed the waste separation rules.
