Llegábamos a Cusco a las 6 am por lo que pagamos la noche anterior para llegar y tener la habitación lista, les puse un msj indicando esto y me contestaron que extendido y el vuelo se atrasó y llegamos a la 1 pm todavía más tarde y la habitación no estaba lista tuvimos que esperar. No nos pareció para nada si hubiera llegado 6 am hubiese sido peor.

Not excellent...biggest issues: no toilet paper or soap until next morning, shower hot water was quite cold. Building in rough shape, especially flooring, though it looks like they're making improvements (painting walls etc.). Not a fan of the virtual check-in: a bit confusing and too impersonal, though I eventually figured it out. I finally met Monica next morning who was quite pleasant and helpful; if they can fix the biggest issues I would rate higher. On a positive note, comfortable bed, good warm set of blankets and excellent location. So very good value for the price.

É uma boa acomodação, chuveiro é muito bom. A anfitriã Monica é super solicita. Única questão é o barulho, por ser muito central, mas a localização é excelente.
