Good value for the price. Quite basic apartment but it has all the essentials. It’s clean, has a good bed, proper bathroom with good water pressure, and airconditioning. Smoke detector was lacking so I recommend you to bring your own.

5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk.

Nossa primeira impressão ruim foi ao chegar, havia cerca de 20 vagas sendo que o hotel tem 70 quartos, a única coisa que nos falaram é que havia um estacionamento perto do hotel e que poderíamos estacionar lá, então não pudemos nem estacionar no hotel e pra voltar sempre tínhamos que caminhar um pouco. Depois disso ao entrarmos no quarto estava super sujo, e mesmo solicitando serviço de limpeza todos os dias, continuou com as mesmas sujeiras, várias vezes que fui pegar minhas roupas encontrava cupim nelas (inclusive nas roupas íntimas), além de asas de cupim por todo o quarto, inclusive nas camas, reparei também que exatamente as mesmas asinhas de cupim ficaram no mesmo lugar e do mesmo jeito durante os os 3 dias que ficamos hospedados no hotel. Sobre as toalhas, super fedidas, no primeiro dia eu e meu namorado tivemos que nos secar após o banho com uma toalha de rosto que estava menos fedida, pedimos troca de toalhas todos os dias também, igualmente fedidas,, dava até um nojinho de tome banho e se secar com aquelas toalhas, pois parecia que estávamos nos sujando de novo, fomos reclamar na recepção sobre isso, elas nos deram outras toalhas e falaram que era o cheiro do sabão, mas estava horrível. O café da manhã foi o que salvou, pois era bem gostoso, algumas coisas eram um pouco ruins, mas no geral uma delícia, pena que eles colocam suco de pacote misturado com um pouco de suco natural de laranja pra dizer que é suco natural, o gosto de suco de pacote estava evidente demais.

Tivemos problema já assim que chegamos de viagem. Reconheço que passou 2h do horário de check-in, mas estávamos em viagem, fomos depois do trabalho, trânsito, não conseguimos chegar antes. Estávamos em 2 casais e 1 bebê de 4 meses... Quando chegamos informaram que 1 dos quartos tinha sido vendido. Também a vaga de estacionamento que havia solicitado, não tinha disponível. Foi um estresse até resolver! Por fim nós ficamos num quarto onde o colchão tinha um desnível na lateral (MUITO Desconfortável), o gesso do bwc parecia que iria cair a qualquer momento, com aparência de sujo, mofo... péssimo. O chuveiro era bom, roupas de cama e banho eram aparentemente limpas. Café da manhã excelente. Localização muito boa. O outro casal com bebê ficou com um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro. Por fim, jamais ficaríamos novamente neste hotel. Só pelo estresse inicial já ficamos traumatizados.
