Difficulty communicating

The hotel is very convenient located for taking the Serra Verde Express at 8:15 in the morning. Also the bus stop for going to the airport is outside the front door. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the executive bus or the city bus would have worked just as well, once one realizes how easy it is.The main problem was the communication at the hotel, since nobody there seemed to know enough English.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é bem simples. O travesseiro é horrível, a janela não tem cortina Black out, o sistema de TV é antigo, não sendo possível pausar ou voltar programas e também não tem conectividade com internet. O banheiro é antigo, a ducha não tinha muita pressão e no que fiquei a porta não fechava corretamente.

Escolhi o hotel de acordo como eu queria, e no filtro escolhi hotel com ESTACIONAMENTO E CARGA ELÉTRICA para o carro, sendo que pra minha surpresa eles não tinham estacionamento e sim tive que pagar diária para o carroao lado do hotel. . Ou seja o app trás uma informação e na hora não foi o que aconteceu.

O hotel no geral atendeu, mas alguns pontos poderiam ser melhores. O chuveiro deixou a desejar, pois era difícil equilibrar a temperatura da água. O café da manhã, embora simples, poderia ter mais variedade e sabor. As toalhas já estão bem surradas e precisam de renovação, e o cobertor soltava muito pelo, deixando o quarto e as roupas com resíduos. Por outro lado, os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos, o que fez diferença na estadia. Talvez pela pesquisa que fiz e pelo valor pago, esperava mais das acomodações.
