This property looks nice from the outside, and the lobby was clean, but up on the 13th floor, the carpet in the hallway was dirty. When I got in my room it smelled musty and the floor looked dirty. I opened the curtains and discovered a LOT of mold. I messaged with the woman in charge of rooms in the morning, and she said they would change the curtains and clean the area. I returned to the room late that night and nothing had been done. I asked for a different room but was told there were none available. I told her that I was allergic to mold and asked for the refund policy and she never got back to me. I had to checkout of the room because it was making me sick,and find a different place to stay. I do not recommend this property.

The problem is YOGA the administration company. I checked in and my room wreaked cigarette smoking! It was horrible and they didn’t change my room for 3 days!!!

Yogha was an above average hotel with very nice rooms in a great area with many dining options. Its really good for the price and location. assume everything was really great except here were a few things that were a little dissapointing 1. if you are staying longer there you will want new towels or fresh towels. that will cost you extra 2. if you need more toilet paper, that will cost you extra 3. there is no cleaning service that tidies the room 4. the gym is not great. Everything else was great

COMPLICAR LO SENCILLO

Al realizar la reserva por Hotels.com recibí un correo electrónico confirmando la misma, y nada más. Llegué al Helbor Stay enfermo, con fiebre y náuseas. El personal sólo hablaba portugués. A pesar de ello hicieron su mejor esfuerzo para explicarme que yo debí hacer un check-in 24 horas antes de mi llegada. Les expliqué que nadie me advirtió eso. Entonces insistieron que sólo yo podía realizar el check-in, por lo que procedieron a enviarme mensajes con el enlace a mi Whatsapp, pero los mensajes no llegaban. Y lo intentaron 8 veces sin resultado. Para cuando ya estaba por desmayarme frente al mostrador de recepción, la encargada pidió mi documentación, realizó el procedimiento de check-in en 1 minuto (!!) y me dio la bienvenida. La habitación era como las fotos, pero... (1) en una pared había un trabajo de reparación de humedad que no estaba concluido ni pintado (2) la sábana de la cama era más pequeña que el tamaño del colchón, por lo que utilizaban 2 sabanas que quedaban solapadas al medio de la cama. Al moverse durante el sueño se separaban y uno quedaba durmiendo directamente sobre el colchón y (3) la caja de seguridad no funcionaba, si la necesitaba debía mudarme de habitación. Para solicitar toallas, sábanas o limpieza, el personal del mostrador tenía una única respuesta: "debe solicitar a la administración vía Whatsapp." Pero por cada solicitud se debía realizar una transferencia de dinero por PIX y enviar comprobante. Nada podía "cargarse a la habitación". Absurdo

Very nice building with an excellent location. This is not a hotel property and there is no service like extra towels or even toilet paper. Sofa bed is not comfortable when used as a bed. Parking is convenient, but very pricey.
