Ótima localização e custo-benefício

A localização é ótima, tem shoppings e restaurantes próximos e fácil acesso à Rua 24 horas e ao centro. O prédio é novo, conta com 2 andares com áreas comuns muito agradáveis: redes, balanços, mini mercado, espaço coworking, áreas abertas com mesas e cadeiras, lavanderia, academia... O apartamento estava limpo e era muito bem mobiliado, mas tinha alguns detalhes que precisam de manutenção, como cortina solta do trilho, luz de led do armário soltando, panela queimada e forno precisando de limpeza. Mas vale o custo-benefício.

Experiência de dia a dia na acomodação.

Já é minha segunda vez na acomodação e a localização para mim é um ponto forte pois fica próximo de comércios que eu gosto e uso durante minha hospedagem. Porém alguns pontos poderiam melhorar, na cozinha, faltam itens básico como pano de prato, detergente pra repor, o reservatório não estava cheio, uma leiteira, e um forno ou airfry visto que o cooktop tem apenas duas bocas. A Nespresso do ape só liga numa tomada localizada no chão ou ao lado da cama onde se usarmos a cafeteira lá estamos perdendo a mesinha de cabeceira. Poderia ter um espaço ao lado do espelho com uma mesa para a nespresso e o modem que também hoje se encontra no chão. No mais acho que só a questão dos itens da cozinha que dificultam a estadia no dia a dia pra quem deseja preparar as próprias refeições. As toalhas de banho também não me agradaram dessa vez, não secavam. Talvez investir em um jogo um pouco melhor melhorasse a experiência, o conjunto que tinha no banheiro de aromatizador e sabonete estavam bem desgastados, a saboneteira não tinha sabonete .
