It’s a very cosy cottage. Near many attractions and lovely country pubs with excellent food. Unfortunately the weather was not great but still able to get out every day. The super kings bed was very comfortable, a real change from other properties we have stayed in.

It was an honour to be part of the rich history of this cottage for a while. Grandma's is comfortable and fully equipped. A perfect base from which to explore the beautiful surroundings of Devon. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Checkin info was a breeze.Chris was an excellent host. He was there for any questions and was very accommodating. Granma's Cottage is charming. We loved the bath tub and the cosy kitchen. Great links from the train station at Tiverton Parkway. Thank you.

Great stay at Grandma's cottage

Grandma's cottage is as cute as the pictures suggest. Very quaint, full of character in a quiet village. We enjoyed the relaxing outdoor space, and made use of the bbq a couple of times. Some lovely local walks and local attractions. Our hosts were very friendly and quick to help us when we locked ourselves out!! Thoroughly recommend!!

Lovely Quirky Cottage

A delightful comfortable cottage well located for village amenities. The owners are very helpful and given a lot of thought to the furnishings. Some welcoming goodies on arrival, which was much appreciated. Would love to return in the future.

really as beautiful as described!

A beautifully restored 300-year-old cottage with a small, cozy, enclosed garden. The lovingly furnished property had everything you could need, and the bathrooms were also very nice. The hosts were very friendly. Parking right outside the door made moving in easier. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely inquire here!

Utterly brilliant

A beautiful cottage in a tiny hamlet, central to many tourist attractions and major routes. What a fabulous stay. The extra little touches that Chris & Sarah did made it feel like a home from home. Communication was great throughout. We loved it and will definitely be back again.

Lovely homely cottage

We stayed here for three nights with our small child. We were amazed with facilities and cleanliness of the property. To arrive and have bread, milk and eggs already there was a really nice touch and very much appreciated. The beds were really comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. The hosts were so helpful and really accommodating. Thank you for everything.

Great cottage, fabulous hosts!

The cottage is adorable and the hosts made sure there was all you could need. Nicely furnished, comfy King size bed. Well stocked, milk, eggs, butter, everything you would need on a last minute stay. Chris and Sarah were fabulous hosts, could not have been nicer. Right up the road from the Coldharbor Mill and a lot of great walks in the area. Highly recommend this cottage! They have thought of everything in getting this cottage set up.

Fantastic base

An absolutely beautiful cottage, perfectly situated to explore the south west. We wanted for nothing; many little extras and finishing touches made our stay absolutely wonderful, in addition to the gorgeous furnishings, the luxury of the bath and comfort and tranquility of the cottage. The owners, who have clearly put a lot of love into their letting, were kind and communicative, and left clear written guidance for our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this place or these hosts enough. Thank you!
