The signature highlight is a private gym inside the house, so you can keep your routine on vacation.

Bedroom 1 (Primary): double/full bed, full en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: double/full bed, kid-friendly ambiance (thoughtful touches for little ones).

Bedroom 3: double/full bed, spacious closet available for guests.

Bedroom 4 (in the lounge level): double/full bed, its own full bathroom, and this level also hosts the private gym, a work desk, and recliner chairs—a flexible space that works well for early risers, stretching, or quiet reading.

Kind notes about closets & storage
The closets in Bedrooms 1 and 2 remain closed (used to keep linens and supplies organized). Please feel free to use the spacious closet in Bedroom 3; you’ll also find a luggage rack for your convenience. Thank you for understanding.

We recommend arriving by car or rideshare for the easiest access to downtown, wedding venues, and day trips. Your reservation includes two covered parking spaces.

Family & Pet Notes

Families are very welcome.

Pet-friendly: 1 small, well-behaved pet. Please keep pets off beds/sofas, on a leash in common areas, and never leave them unattended. Pick up after your pet. A small fee may apply if extra deep cleaning is required.

House Rules (friendly but firm)

To keep the experience wonderful for everyone (and our neighbors), please read before booking:

Registered guests only (max 8). No parties/events or outside visitors.

Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. (condo rule).

Pools: shared; follow condo signage (no glass; supervise children at all times).

Private Gym: registered guests only; use at your own risk. No dropping weights.

No smoking/vaping indoors. You may smoke outside—dispose responsibly.

Pet policy: 1 small pet; keep off furniture; leash in common areas; clean up after your pet.Pet Policy (Condo Rules)

Pets are not allowed in corridors/walkways or in/around the pools. In all common areas, pets must be on a leash at all times and under control. Failure to comply may result in a US$150 fine issued by the condominium, which will be charged to the reservation. Thank you for helping us keep the community safe and comfortable for everyone.
Parking: use only our two covered spaces; do not block neighbors.

Respect the space: no confetti/glitter, candles/incense, or dyes on linens.

Tidy check-out: normal cleaning is included; excessive mess may incur an extra fee.

Condo compliance: IDs may be requested by the gate/administration as per community policy.
