Great fall weekend getaway

Our family of 4 absolutely loved the Cabin and our ventures into West Jefferson. The cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed, and the views from the front porch were spectacular. Our kids loved playing the in large front yard and sleeping in the loft bedroom at night. We have stayed in several places in the NC mountains and this ranks among the best of them! Clean & Charming Cabin

I always worry about the cleanliness of rentals because I’m highly allergic to mold and dust. This cabin was clean and well maintained. The host was very communicative. She made sure we knew about the presence of a bear up the street. She also was very cool about my husband accidentally breaking a lid to a pan in the kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Christin's property. It's cute, comfortable, and clean- and a fairly short, absolutely beautiful drive to Grayson Highlands. Sitting on the porch listening to the birds during the day and watching the fire flies at night was perfect. It even got cold enough to use the fire pit one night. Also, Christin is very hospitable, checking in on us after our arrival and offering some great suggestions, ones that vacationers might not know. We hope to visit again soon.

Better Than Advertised

Everything about this property was fantastic. It was cute, quaint, had lots of charm and plenty of room. The decor is not stuffy at all, and the owner has done a great job of providing everything we needed without the place feeling crowded: plenty of seating, great lighting, blankets to curl up under while watching a movie, and very comfortable accommodations. We will definitely stay here again.
