Not a 4 star hotel

Pool, spa, and parking are NOT onsite. Pool and spa are at a neighboring hotel, 5 minutes away, and parking is a drive away at another hotel. Staff will drive you to or from your car, but onsite is misleading.

Really disappointed with the small dark room with an awful view and repair men outside the window. The shower had no tray or side so flooded the bathroom every time and we had to use an extra 3 towels to mop it up (not very eco friendly).The pool said on site when in fact it was 300 yds up the road in a different hotel. However the staff were friendly and breakfast nice.

Great facilities, but could do better.

Hotel has been superbly renovated, and is stylish and comfortable. A good breakfast was also offered. Disappointingly, despite the hotel offering parking, none was available, so on-street parking was the option ( and the paid parking in the street up the hill is cheaper than outside the hotel. Also, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, and no option to obtain even hot water (we had our own tea, coffee & milk).

Good location by promenade. Recently modernised / refurbished small hotel with large rooms. Pleasant staff. Appetising buffet breakfast. Metered parking in town so reluctantly paid 15 euros a day for hotel parking.

This is a wonderful hotel. Centrally located to the best beaches (2 minute walk) and all of the premier restaurants. The included breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh pastries and fruit. The hotel restaurant Rosalia is a nice change of pace from the traditional (and let’s face it, cookie cutter, restoration the rest of the riviera.

Kein 4 Stern Hotel

Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Stypia sehr enttĂ€uschend. Das Personal war durchgehend unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Besonders irrefĂŒhrend war die Information ĂŒber das hoteleigene Restaurant „Rosalia“ – dieses existiert de facto nicht, es handelt sich lediglich um eine Attrappe. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt sind die Parkmöglichkeiten: Die ausgewiesenen ParkplĂ€tze befinden sich etwa 25 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt. Völlig unzumutbar, vor allem mit GepĂ€ck. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die NĂ€he zum Strand, allerdings ist dieser voll mit LiegestĂŒhlen welche kostenpflichtig sind. Leider war das FrĂŒhstĂŒck eher enttĂ€uschend, da die Auswahl sehr klein war. Auch die Parksituation war problematisch: Es gibt nur vier HotelparkplĂ€tze, die bereits belegt waren. Wir mussten unser Auto auf einem Parkplatz eines anderen Hotels abstellen, welches etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt. Zwar wurde ein Shuttle-Service angeboten, aber das war trotzdem etwas umstĂ€ndlich.

HĂŒbsch renoviertes Hotel, sehr zentral, mit der Möglichkeit im Schwesterhotel Esplanade den Pool und Spa mitzubenĂŒtzen. Das sollte man unbedingt tun, denn der Strand ist sehr voll, laut und leider nicht sauber. Trotz MĂŒlleimern liegen ĂŒberall Zigarettenstummel und jeglicher anderer VerpackungsmĂŒll. Das war der einzige Wermutstropfen an diesem Kurzaufenthalt im belebten Crikvenica.
