Our cozy unit is located right on and beside trails 31 & 32 of the famous Devil Anse trail system. This means you can easily hop on your ATV, dirt bike, mountain bike, or horse and hit the trails right from our doorstep. And when you're done for the day, unwind in our comfortable, newly furnished unit. With a full kitchen, spacious living room with smart TV and wi-fi, and comfortable King and Queen beds, our unit has all the comforts of home. And, with enough room to accommodate up to 10 guests, it's perfect for families or groups of friends. Plus, with its close proximity to popular locations like Matewan, Rockhouse, Devil Anse, and Buffalo systems, you'll have plenty of opportunities for exploring the fascinating history and breathtaking scenery of Red Jacket and the surrounding areas.

During your stay, don't forget to check out the town of Matewan, just 2.4 miles away. This charming town is known for its role in the Hatfield-McCoy feud and the historic "Battle of Matewan," which is commemorated by a museum dedicated to the event. Very nice place to stay! Very clean, great service, good location, and friendly neighbors. While it could sleep 10 guests, only 6 seats are available at the table and 5 in the living room but we brought in our camping chairs. There were plenty of towels for us and never ran out of anything. It was a great family trip!

Great location but not the best place to stay

We came down for a long weekend and we were not happy with our stay. Upon arrival my boyfriend fell down the stairs due to it raining and the stairs being slippery with no gutter above the stairs. Also the floors were dirty and there was animal hair on all of the comforters. We also had bees in the house with multiple people allergic. In the bedrooms, none of the lamps worked besides in the master bedroom. Both showers had really bad water pressure. Although there were many cosmetic things wrong with this property, the location and parking was great!

This property was just like the pictures. We cooked there and used the outside grill. Everything worked as it should and the beds were all comfortable! The washer and dryer were a plus! Plenty of hot water for showers. I would rent again.

ATV Adventure

The property was clean and comfortable for my husband and I as well as my brother-in-law and our dog. There would be more than enough room for the rest of our family to join us next time. Loved that we could bring the dog with us!! We also really liked that there was plenty of room for our 2 Ram 3500's as well as the 32ft trailer and we could take off in the ATV right from the house. We only spent the nights at the house but would enjoy going back and using the firepit and grill next time.
