• Bachelor Loop Scenic Drive – 4 miles / 10 minutes
• Bristol Head Trailhead – 12 miles / 25 minutes
• Lake City – 48 miles / 1 hour 10 minutes
• South Fork – 22 miles / 30 minutes

–Good to Know–
• 4WD/AWD recommended November through March
• Trailer parking allowed (max 2 trailers)
• There are two (2) exterior cameras; one faces the driveway, and one faces the back of the cabin, and there is a ring doorbell. These are for liability and insurance purposes and are not monitored.
• Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (additional guest expense)
• Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (it does not apply during the Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
