Employee was not friendly at check-in and gave us a room that was already occupied. Took care of the problem quickly. Property was clean, but getting close to needing some repairs. The fridge in our room was super scratched up. Breakfast was ok. Overall decent place for the price paid.

Worst Microtel ever

Worst Microtel I've ever stayed at. Very rundown. Key to backdoor didn't work. Heater was LOUD. Bottom bedsheets were not tucked in and came up during the night. No USB ports. The only thing good about this hotel was water pressure.

A Very Nice Stsy

This is my first experience with this brand. I made the reservation with a little bit of caution but I was very impressed! We travel with very little dog and it was nice to find out she was welcome. The hotel lobby is nice as well as our room. The room was clean and it provided everything we needed.

We found it noisy- guests were not overly noisy but we could hear everything. Needed better ways to keep the parking lights from shining in the room ( too bright). The in room heat/AC had no working method to direct the air away from blowing directly on the bed.

Breakfast wasn’t great, room was nice but looks like they were remodeling and some latch screws for the door wasn’t screwed in all the way but oddly not lose? Pool was dirty with sand inside and outside and a dirty film on top of water so we didn’t utilize the pool. Staff was great and accommodating and building inside and out was clean.

There was dog poop, all around the doors, front and side doors. The room did not look like it had been vacuum or the floors were cleaned in the bathroom and previous trips was a nice hotel. I will not be back.
