Old renovated farm between Sologne and Berry, located in a quiet hamlet, in the countryside. Gite adjoining another gite with a wooded garden, the owners are nearby. On the ground floor: kitchen, large living room (lounge/dining room), 1 bedroom (Bedroom No. 1 with 1 bed 160), bathroom (bath, sink, washing machine), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (Bedroom No. 2 with 1 bed 140, Bedroom No. 3 with 2 beds 90), shower room (shower, sink, toilet).
Shared land with the second gite but each with its own adjoining garden space separated by vegetation and its private garden furniture, barbecue.
A parking space in the driveway next to the gite. Mandatory cleaning fee for business stays (€80) as well as the rental of sheets (€9 per person) and the rental of towels (€4/pers)
Heating included (within a reasonable consumption limit of maximum 20kwh. If exceeded, it will be charged extra). Internet with Fiber.
