Cold at night, broken heater, untightened window and balcony door. They only provides two blankets. Seemd not sorry about their unprepared manner of greeting guest. Ended up catching cold. Worst stay during this trip.

Good hotel

Nice room, small but had everything we needed and we love the renovations they've done. I will say that you can hear everything in the halls or the room next to you, so not necessarily quiet and be mindful as well of your noise level when staying there. But we would definitely stay here again. Great staff and a nice breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was very basic. The balcony, although it had an incredible view, didn’t have any furniture. We wanted to drink wine in our room and we asked for wine glasses, they didn’t have any. The queen bed was two twin beds put together that were NOT confortable. But great location and easy parking. Make sure to get the rooms in the back otherwise you will hear the cars passing through the Main Street.

The original room gave to us is very smelly and furniture is very old. Based on our request, we were given a new room which is much much better.

Just fine, but a little out of town

For the most part, this hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was super and I received great service from two of the three staff I interacted with. Those two staff really did go out of their way to make sure the stay was good. I stayed in a couple different rooms (this was a basecamp for an extended hiking tour) and one of the rooms had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The décor in the hotel is all quite old, but the rooms are comfortable. It is a little out of town, but there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The wifi there was stellar.

The staff is great. Super helpful and kind. It is very clean. Food is good. Good location and excellent quality price ratio. The downside is that it can be noisy on the main road and the rooms towels bathrooms are a little dated. Overall very good and i definitely recommend it

Great breakfast. Family run property with accommodating and friendly management. Large room. Good location if you have a car, but bus is also nearby. Breathtaking views from property and all around area with activities close by. We would definitely return. Great value for price.

Excellent budget choice

The room was comfortable and had a great balcony with a view of the mountains. The front patio is nice for lounging. And the staff are super friendly and helpful! The room is a bit dated, in a fun and quirky way, but it had kind of a funny/bad smell that didn't go away even after we left the windows open.

Great hotel, gorgeous views, mile from the centre

Very nice hotel with spacious, comfortable, clean room. Our room overlooked the main road and I was a bit worried about the noise . However, its very quiet in the night and I got a good night's sleep. This is a family run business and the owners are welcoming and super helpful. Breakfast was good both days with a wide selection. Although the hotel is about a mile away from the main town centre, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which will take you to the centre in 5-10 minutes. Bus service is quite frequent (every 15 minutes or so). The distance from the town centre is more than made up for by the gorgeous views. The only slight niggle we had was the lack of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel that open before 7 PM. However, if you take the bus to the centre there are plenty of restaurants to choose from there .

Friendly great breakfast

I was concerned that our room faced the street, but noise was not a problem at night, since the trucks are off the highway. The breakfast was awesome, staff friendly, and good parking.
