This location was not just a house which provided us shelter, this location was a unique, extremely comfortable HOME. Ten of us celebrated Christmas here and we were so surprised to find a decorated tree and other festive decorations in the home. This home had everything we needed except for snow! Thank you for making our Christmas bright.

If you’re going with adults only plan on a total of five not six usable bedrooms. The sixth is up at the third floor with a spiral staircase as access with no bathroom. For a kid only or a very active adult.Beautiful place with lots of acreage. Owner is a very nice young lady who made sure everything was good. Very much recommended.

Wedding made a family reunion

There were fourteen of us at this property. It was beautiful. We could have had the wedding there.We had family running in and out, visiting. It really felt like home.

Elegant & Elevated Wood Cabin Home

This gorgeous renovated cabin holds true to its rustic and rugged roots, yet provides all the luxuries needed with a fully remodeled interior. The perfect location for our family reunion! We enjoyed hours of conversations and laughter on the wrap around porch while enjoying the mounds of columbine flowers and mountains, hikes on the property, grilling every evening with the Traeger, shopping in Durango, cider tasting at the nearby Fenceline Cider Bar, fishing, rafting, riding the historic Silverton train, and so much more. Great host and exceptional communication.

House was very welcoming and nice and clean, yet cozy! Really appreciated the outdoor firepit that was on the back, porch since our stay had mostly rain! A very special property, and no major complaints! Just a few things that would have made the stay nicer, like we had hoped to enjoy the pond on property (but was dry looking to be worked on), a heads up about there being workers on the property during the day (they were very friendly), no access to geo dome (one of the other features I was excited to experience time in), and just a suggestion to label the light switches (per my mother in law lol). We would absolutely stay here again, and would love to experience it in a warmer season because the gardens around the house look lovely! One on one communication with owner was really nice too. The big swing out front was loved by my niece and had a blast playing frisbee golf in the rainy mud :-)

Beautiful house/ horrible management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is truly magnificent, clean, renovated and the most dreamy views you could imagine. The ranch hand Michelle is beyond wonderful! She is truly why that property is so well cared for. I was extremely disappointed in the way VCR handled our property running out of well water. It was literally the day my now husband and I were eloping and the property had no water. Not once did VCR or the owner apologize or try and make things better. They tried to blame 8 people for running their well dry. We spoke with the caterer who catered our elopement dinner and they said they catered a wedding of over 150 people less than a couple of weeks ago at your ranch so clearly 8 people normally functioning in the house isn’t the problem. I truly wanted to rant and rave about how amazing this place was but being left with no water, blamed for it and offering no compensation in return is beyond disappointing. Also giving us
