Pillows were balloon like. Blankets did not breathe. Auto detect Bathroom light goes full on each time you go to the bathroom. A nightlight would be much better. Walls a little thin near the room cleaner stuff. Room was clean. Service was great. Location good. Room was nice and well appointed. Overall i liked the place but the little things would make the experience much better. Oh, didn't watch it much but the tv picture was terrible. Not sure how you do that with cable these days

This is a very clean and almost new motel with easy access to the 101 and across a couple of streets from a large mall. I liked the fact there were no carpets in the room that could become stained. An adjacent Peet's Coffee was very handy. Our only negative observations are 1) the bathroom door, which rolls across, did not close properly and so there was no privacy in the bathroom. This problem was compounded by the absence of a fan in the bathroom; 2) there is absolutely nowhere to hang clothes on a clothes hanger.

Great hotel and would have received a 5-star rating however my shower only had two settings, hot and scalding hot. Unfortunately, the maintenance person was already gone for the day. Outside of this simple problem it is a fantastic location, safe and very easy parking.

Not much charm, but clean and functional

Friendly staff and well-designed rooms. The facility is very austere and sterile (basically a parking lot with rooms along the side), but it serves its purpose.

All in all a quiet and safe little renovated motel. Pros: high ceilings, mini frig, convenient parking, adjustable lighting, spacious bathroom and modern shower. The AC unit worked well. Peet’s coffee is walking distance and the location is ideal next to the freeway and shopping center. Cons: The bathroom should have been cleaner. Brown stains in the shower, around the toilet bowl, and in the tile grout which was disappointing for a renovated motel. There were also gnats flying around in the bathroom. There wasn’t a microwave available in the rooms or lobby so I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Thankful we booked the room for under $160. I definitely would not pay more.
