Home was clean, well decorated, AC worked great and in a quiet neighborhood. Zack was a great communicator and we had no issues with our stay. One block off main street and close to everything.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Check-in was simple and smooth, and everything was exactly as described. We really appreciated how dog-friendly the property is, which made traveling with our pets so easy.For anyone who enjoys fishing, this place is ideal. There’s plenty of room for fishing gear and even space for a boat, which made it especially convenient for us. The location is great, the property is well cared for, and you can tell the host takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience.We would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

This is the perfect house to stay while in Rockport/Fulton! The communication with Zack, the ease of check-in, the amazing yard and deck, and the like-home feel . . . These are just a few things we loved about this property. I 100% recommend “The Fulton House” and will definitely be staying here again

Zack was very pleasant to work with. Communication was quick and super friendly. Dog friendly was a plus for me with a big backyard which my dog loved. We had the best time.

Wonderful getaway!
