Family weekend

Beautiful property! Plenty of room for 3 couples and 4 kiddos. The upstairs Living room with the built in bunk beds was the perfect space for the kids to have their own area. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful cold weekend

We had reserved this middle-unit townhouse for Valentine's Day weekend 2021. Little did we know that this weekend would mark the start of the Great Texas Freeze and Snowstorm of 2021. We had to leave a day early to make it back home before the Causeway bridge (accessing Padre and Mustang Island) was closed. Regardless, this townhouse was great. Three stories, bunk beds on the 3rd floor for the children. Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Excellent layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Because there are no current homes between the townhouse and the water (yet), the views of the water from the 2nd and 3rd floors are fantastic. Only minor issue was with the master thermostat on the 2nd floor (which kept rebooting throughout the weekend), though the heat remained on. Hope to come back when it is warmer (and no snow or ice). This place will be wonderful in the summer with swimming and beach play. The Palmilla pool is less than a half-block away. The 2-car garage fit our two SUV's fine.

We'll be back!!

This unit was better than we had anticipated! Downstairs had a bedroom and full bathroom, 2nd level (main level) had a bedroom, full bathroom, AND a half bathroom in the main area, and the third floor had a bedroom, bathroom, a pull out couch, and bunk beds for additional guests. There were three couples on this trip so we each "got" our own level, but it's good to know that the third floor would be perfect for a family. or another couple. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped! So even though the unit itself was GREAT, what made it even better is that it is located right across from the swimming pool and within walking distance of the boardwalk. We will DEFINITELY be booking this unit again!! Thank you for a fantastic few days!!!

Great getaway from home

The place had everything we needed and more. Very clean (brought swifter with me and wiped down floor but no dust), had all the basic amenity enough for our 3 nights stay. It is located right in front of the pool, 5 mins walk from beach, golf course is super easy access. Wonderful staff and service. we're so glad we picked this house. Thank you !

Great Vacation

The property was great and we had a great trip. A few areas for improvement would have made it perfect. First of all, there appeared to be an elevator; however, we did not have access so carrying luggage and groceries up so many stairs was not ideal. Especially knowing there was a much easier option that could be available. Also, the master bedroom does not have a closet available for guest use so unpacking and hanging clothes was impossible. We had difficulty in receiving responses from the management thru the VRBO app messaging so had to wait on hold for a while thru the call center when we were locked out at one point, but once we finally were connected to Ken, he was very helpful and gave us a direct number to call for future needs. Overall, we had a wonderful trip! Thank you for opening your home to us!
