We loved the house and the covered patio space! Even though there was no golf cart access we rented one from across the street for the day and were able to park our car on their lot in order to explore the town and beach on our golf cart!

We had the best time with my son’s friends for their senior year spring break. Everything you need is available. The local grocery store had a great selection and the neighboring homes were so friendly!

A well appointed house in a great part of the world

The property was very well stocked and clean. The location is very close to the bird preserve, so lots of great wildlife watching. Close enough to the beach.

Beach trip

Property was clean and an easy 5 min drive to the beach. Easy check in wonderful people to work with and beautiful property. We only had one problem and that was the Texas size mosquitoes on the outside patio area.

Beautiful property near the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We enjoyed visiting Port Aransas while relaxing and recovering at Blutopia's downstairs game/patio/grill area and upstairs comfortable living spaces.

Great house

We stayed here with some family friends and had a blast!! It was perfect for our kids -the bunk beds were so fun for the boys! It was so nice to find a place with two master suites for each couple! We enjoyed our stay! Clean and so well decorated! What a fun spot!! Definitely recommend!!

So amazing!!! Definitely recommend!

We loved staying at this property. It was such a blast. We got it for my immediate family for the nights leading up to my wedding. The decor was so so cute. The downstairs was an amazing spot to hang out. Totally as expected. The only thing to note is it’s a little tricky to find upon arrival because there’s so much construction going on in that area. But the construction didn’t cause any other issues other than locating it for the first time. So so so amazing!!!! Definitely stay here if you get a chance!

Enjoyed our stay

Everything about the property was great, the kids loved the downstairs area and the 'bunk bed' room. We appreciated the cleanliness of everything. Definitely would stay here again. 3 minute drive to beach from here..
