Magnificent Beach Front W/Unforgettable Sunrises!

Kick back and relax in this recently remodeled beachfront condo. Wake up to the most amazing sunrises and end the day with beautiful sunset views of downtown Corpus. Step onto your patio and the water and beach are literally in front of you. We are conveniently located within walking distance to the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium. Come celebrate your next special occasion or come experience the many attractions within 15 minutes from Magnificent Beachfront!! Winter Texans Welcome!!
The space
Our Condo is located in the gated beach front community of Villa Del Sol. Our unit is the closest you can get to the beach area with amazing views from the balcony. Once you leave the condo, you can be at the beach within 30 seconds. It's that close. :) Our unit is a 1 bedroom unit with 2 single bunk beds in the hall way and a futon in the living room that can be converted to a full size bed. With that said, the units fit comfortable 2 adults and up to 4 kids, but ideally 2 adults and 2 kids. More than 2 adults will feel cramped. We have a small kitchen area that you can use to prepare simple meals. There are 2 swimming pools within the community.
Guest access
Guests have access to 2 swimming pools, picnic areas, and Tiki Hut hang out area inside the gated community.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:

We have a NO animal policy due to HOA policy, however, service animals are welcome but documentation is required by HOA. We are a private gated community. All guests have to check in at the office and are required to pay a one time fee of $15 to the condo for parking passes and gate cards to access the beach and parking.

As hosts, we try our best to create and share our comfortable home with you and your family. If something is not right, we will try our best to make it right during your stay. However, we cannot control what happens on the beach or in the water. When swimming in the ocean, you may encounter seaweed, jellyfish, big fish, small fish, dolphins, sharks, hermit crabs, shells, etc. All these are part of the ocean ecosystem and are affected by seasonal changes or weather conditions. Please DO NOT be upset with us if you see elements that are part of the ocean that we cannot control while swimming in the ocean.
