Granny turned 61!

Weekend away w husband, daughter and grandson. Everything was perfect! Pool is nice. Outside couch, etc nice! The home is wonderful. Bring mosquito spray.

Wonderful Property

Clean, well organized home. Loved the location, away from the chaos of summer crowds yet only a couple of minutes from everything. Well equiped kitchen. The pool was a huge hit with the kids after long days at the beach. Highly recommend staying here. Comfy and relaxing which is exactly what its all about!

Great Location

Our stay was great. Golf cart rental worked perfectly. Outdoor patio was nice. The kids were looking forward to the retro gaming system mentioned but it was not to be found. Also, appeared to be a bit of a big problem at night in the master bathroom :(

Cute beach cottage-close to everything

Nice accommodations and features. Game room and outdoor tv area were a plus for the kids. Pool size was perfect for our little group. A few items were missing (spatula for grill, can opener, bottle opener) and indoor seating isn’t very comfortable. Hint: Bring bug spray and fly swatters.

Eventful and fun

All my expectations were met at this location. Ease of checkin and ease of cart rental were great! Our family loved the pool and the gas grill. The outdoor couch and chairs were used and there was even a TV outside. It is located off the beach front but central to all the shops including the grocery store. Plant of dishes for entertaining and the decor was adorable!

Not satisfied

Arrived hour early into Port A, we asked if we could check in a few minutes early. But code to door don’t turn active until exactly 4pm. Once able to check in huge amounts of pet hair everywhere completely covering sofas carpets and mold smell filling the home. Walking through home weak flooring throughout the home but covered with rugs and tape covering torn flooring. Pool was great but also couldn’t swim at night, due to blown pool bulb. Spoke with pool maintenance guy checking ph of pool. He mentioned light has been out quite some time now. My 6 yr old daughter sat on lounge chair which completely collapsed due to it being rusty and breaking. Causing her to injure herself leaving severe bruising on her thigh. Decided to leave a day early due to gross mold smell and pet hair.

Take me Back

We had a wonderful stay! It was a week long getaway for my partner and I and we loved the convenience of the property location. You were no more than five minutes from everything in town and the beach. The house was well kept and the pool was just right for vacation wading. We did have some dog hair on the master bed comforter, but we were able to clean it ourselves. Only complaint was the outdoor shower water pressure was zilch. We had great communication with Avant Stay and they sent someone out to fix it for us. It was still pretty low, but it worked for what we needed. We also had some noisy neighbors the last night of our stay, Avant Stay was a quick call away with their 24 hr line and notified us that they would take care of the situation. Lucky for us, the next door property where the loud neighbors were was also their managed property. Within an hour, they were quiet. There’s a noise ordinance for the property after 10 pm which we very much appreciated. So happy with the service we were provided and the house stay was great. Maybe some new couch cushions and another love seat would be nice as there is only one sofa that has a pull out sleeper which got a little uncomfortable after a long sit. Other than that, the home and location were great! Avant- Stay was prompt to address any issues and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We can’t wait to go back!

Hands down best house for our family

We have rented a lot of homes in the area and South by Sunkissed has by far been the best. From the pool to game room gaming console for the kids, everything was great. My mom and I are what you would call clean freaks and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of this home that’s rare for us! The beds were so comfortable, fully stocked kitchen was so convenient. We spent a lot of time on the front porch swing. Communication between Jim and Chuma was top notch, we will always rent with Sway Vacation Homes in the future! Thank you again for everything and we will be back!

Comfy house, nice pool

We had a nice time at SXSK. The house was comfy and clean, the pool was clean and was a nice temperature, and it was close to everything. The flooring is a little warped in some areas but not enough to trip anyone, and if you’re visiting in warmer months you might want to bring along some mosquito yard spray to cut down on the little buggers if you want to sit outside for any period of time. Overall it was great and we had a very nice time.

Visit with an old friend

The place is nice and bright. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms pretty. Our only tiny suggestion is the living room needs more comfortable key seating like another overstuffed chair. There is just the couch and then two wooden chairs… not condusive to lounging and chatting.
