Beautiful comfortable house. We live bed sitting on the front porch and watching the sunrise over the ocean! The Kitchen is stocked for a chef! Pool was clean and fun for all ages! Our family loved the location of the house and convenience to the beach! Excellent customer service!! We will rent this property again!

The house was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is directly across from the walkway to the beach making it easy to access. The golf cart included in the stay was an added amenity. I would highly recommend this place for large family gatherings. My children and grandchildren all stayed together creating lasting memories

Location was key!

Everything was great except for a few minor hiccups. The house was fantastic and well-stocked, with all the towels and necessities you might need. Some minor things were that the pool upon arrival was really dirty from previous tenants, but this was resolved promptly. Kids had a slight delay in using the pool. The golf cart had expired tags, and my teenager was pulled over on the beach with a warning. She brought it back promptly while we called the property management team and resolved it in a few hours with the updated tag. The credit for the bikes and lawn chairs was a nice option, but we were unable to use the bikes as the locks on the bikes never came with a combo or key, and we were unable to get a hold of that service provider, which was separate from the property mgmt. Communication was respectful, and I appreciated the quick response. We'd book again for the next trip to Port-A. Thx!

Perfect house for our large family Thanksgiving

We stayed in this house for an extended family gathering over Thanksgiving. The entire family loved this house — not only was the interior exactly as presented online, it was very well equipped for our cooking needs. We would absolutely rent this house again and again.

Awesome accommodations at The Porches!

My group had a wonderful stay at The Porches! We had everything we needed from dishes/pots and pans to toiletries and towels. We didn't have to spend extra money or pack extra items to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms were so spacious and well furnished. The use of the elevator was so convenient for some of my older guest and bringing up groceries. I would highly recommend this property for large families/groups. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was the icing on the cake! The property manager was very responsive to any questions I had. We will rent this property again whenever we stay in Port A!!

Find a different property manager

The house itself was quite nice and in a beautiful location. We likely will come back to this area every year going forward. Next time we come we will check the property management company first and will try to find a property with a different management company. This particular company has a lot of automated processes that seem mainly focused on minimizing their own liability and which are extremely confusing from a customer perspective. We had like 10 different text messages, 3-4 different emails, all saying things like “remember, don’t you dare bring a pet or we will kick you out” or “upload your drivers license to prove you’re over 25” and then the process for doing that doesn’t actually work and the page doesn’t load. But when it comes to actual information that you need for the house or in order to enjoy your stay it’s impossible to find it. For instance, the location of the golf cart key. We spent an hour looking for it and then an hour trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone who would tell us where it was. Then we you do finally get in touch with them their company culture is to try to prove that it’s your fault that you couldn’t get the information. I found them very unpleasant and self righteous. I would avoid them at all costs in the future, even if the house was otherwise nice.

Amazing property

Great location, amazing home, very accommodating. We loved the house, the golf cart and the chairs and umbrellas that we got with our voucher. Each room has a bathroom and the covered outdoor decks are amazing. We would come back in a heart beat, so much fun. Thank you for a great stay.

Great family vacation!

We loved every minute of our stay at The Porches! The house itself is great and so are all of the amenities. The pool and golf cart are added bonuses. Beach access is literally right across the street. Fantastic trip!!

Fathers Day

We had an excellent stay at the Porches! This house was perfect for our family and small children. The house was in a great location to the beach and since all amenities were included we didn’t have to worry about rentals. We loved everything about the house and definitely plan to come back.
