While the property was clean and check-in was easy, our stay was defined by a significant lack of basic amenities, maintenance failures, and blatant listing inaccuracies.The house was not sufficiently stocked, but instead felt we were using leftovers from previous tenants.The listing advertised 4 bathrooms, but there are only 3. It also claims to sleep 12, which is unrealistic given the actual layout. Furthermore, both the Wi-Fi network name and password provided were incorrect.Structural Hazard: The patio railing wooden beams are coming loose, posing a serious safety risk.Broken Items: The recliner is broken, the dining table is unstable, a shower curtain collapsed, and the dishwasher rack is broken.Electrical Issues: Three ceiling fan remotes were synced to the same frequency; adjusting one turned on lights in other rooms, waking guests throughout the night.Poor Sleep: Beds were noisy and dipped significantly in the middle.For 7 people staying 3 days, we were only given one day of toilet paper and 3 trash bags. There was no hand soap (a major sanitary issue), only 4 glasses, no basic salt/pepper, and a non-functional dryer. Finding a large, empty detergent container felt like the house was never properly reset. With no patio furniture and a rusted grill, the outdoor space was unusable.Most, if not all, of these issues could have been prevented. We shouldn't have to spend quality time managing properly upkeep.
