Corpus Christi Beautiful Beach View

We stayed in 608 for the weekend of the eclipse and we were so happy with the quality of the unit. Good beds good kitchen, best view of the beach and the gulf. Corpus Christi was amazingly nice, clean and seemly safe for a big city. The beach is clean and well patrolled. It is 10 miles from National Seashore, recommended side trip. Good restaurants in the city. The only complains are with Padre Escapes the property managers, only one elevator and it was dirty and its functionality was questionable. It took too long to check in (20 min). On plus side for Padre all employees were friendly and helpful.

5 star condo in a 2 star community

The condo was well decorated and very clean. The beach is a party beach for sure. There were 3 rows of vehicles on the sand between us and the water, with people camping on the beach. We left a day early because we weren't getting any sleep because of the noise. The facility elevators are hot, dirty and a very old. Communication from Mark was great. Great condo but not really a family scene, at least the weekend that we were there.

Perfect!

This location was perfect for two single moms and our kids! It was safe, clean, and family-oriented. Our kids got to chatter excitedly and exclaim over the gorgeous view, the sound of the waves, and the seagulls flying above while my friend and I got everyone changed and gathered our things. The beachfront was as close as a quick ride down the elevator and a few steps out the gate! There was even a lifeguard station right in front of the building, which definitely made two single mommas feel much more secure about our children’s safety. And then waking up to the sunrise beaming through the wall of windows and onto our children as they began stirring for the day . . . well, not much could be better than that!

Loved it!

The whole process was easy. They called to make sure we knew how to get there & how to check in. The place was clean & so comfortable. The view was gorgeous! Loved it! The elevator on the property is a bit old & slow but we would stay here again. We loved it!

Amazing Accomodations

This property was absolutely perfect. We did not want to leave. The condo property is well managed, manicured and very clean. Loved the pool. We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony with a cool breeze after walking the beach. The beach is very clean which was more than expected. The condo is extremely comfortable, well stocked for picking up groceries and staying in and has a desk if you needed to get some work in but hopefully not

Fabulous in every way!

I can’t even begin to say enough fabulous things about this rental & the owner. The view is absolutely amazing. The condo itself was clean & beautiful inside. The pool, hot tub etc was fabulous too. We always felt extremely safe & comfortable at the complex & the area. The owner is fantastic with communicating & making sure your stay is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. It was myself, my husband & our two kids. It worked perfectly for us. We rented a golf cart down the road, had it in the parking lot over night & it was completely safe the entire time. The young man that helped us at check in was so sweet & went out of his way to help us when the gas stations were out of beach parking passes.. Again, I can’t even say enough about how wonderful our stay here was. We stayed at a few different VRBO rentals on our trip throughout Texas & this was by far our best rental!

Absolutely perfect!

This property was just perfect for what we were looking for! It had the best views of the Gulf we've ever seen - truly right on the water with immediate beach access. Everything looked and felt very clean, which set our minds at ease as soon as we walked in the door. We were greeted with cold water bottles in the fridge and lovely chocolate starfish in the kitchen, which made us feel instantly welcomed and at home. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens, the showers and bathrooms were great, and there was everything we could've needed in the kitchen with plenty of supplies throughout the house. The decor was modern and beachy, and the furniture was comfortable and cozy. We loved all of the technology and the desk area since we did have to work a bit from the beach. I was glad that other reviewers had mentioned that the outside of the complex was older looking or I would have been surprised. But the moment you walk in the door of the condo you feel like you're in a 5-Star hotel room with all the comforts and accommodations of home. We'd definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you!

The property was exactly as presented in the VRBO listing. It had everything that we needed. The linens did not disappoint. The kitchen had all of the essentials and then some. The owners pay attention to detail and that makes this property especially nice. We’ll be staying here if Padre is on our agenda in the future.

Great sunrise view, well-furnished, very comfortable beds, and very good interaction with the property manager. Good for COVID distancing with outside entrance door from walkway, via stairs or elevator. Right on the beach with sixth floor sunrise view from inside or balcony.

This sixth floor cute condo is Impeccably clean and modern. And the balcony is amazing. Comfy barstools, holders for for beverages while you watch the beautiful sunrise with coffee or have a glass of wine with an appetizer in the evening. I always spend time researching properties and reviews before I book and I was pleased in every way with our stay here!

Best Choice ever!

Could not say enough good things about our stay. The whole staff was super friendly and Mark was excellent to work with. Here are somethings we did on our trip. . Road horses on the beach would highly recommend so much fun and our 6 and 9 year old said it was the best! .We enjoyed eating at Hardknocks And Padre Pizza. Didn’t really care for Boat house food. We drove to Port Aranas and took a boat out to another Island. I would definitely stay again! Only thing I would change is laundry in unit but they still had machines they were just downstairs.

Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the five star fish penthouse on North Beach in Corpus Christi. The place was clean, the cabinets were well stocked with dishes etc., And the view is absolutely impeccable. Mark was a splendid host as well. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and an all around great guy!
