The The Ocean Sands community is conveniently located between Duck and Corolla and offers all the entertainment and conveniences of both towns. Overall the house served are family adequately. Positives: 8 minute walk to beach Hot tub Pool Decks Kitchen well equipped Negatives: Stove top barely worked. One small burner worked the other three could not heat a pan of water. The kitchen faucet was stuck in one setting. Made it challenging to use. All sinks need to be flushed/cleared. Don't drain. I would rate 3.8 on a scale of 5.
