I think I should get back 30% of the price.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked. The cable box didn't work twice. The pool and sauna were unavailable. There was a minor smell of old. The placement of the TV made no sense.

Great stay at Dutch Inn.

To be honest I was actually very skeptical about the place when I first booked it as it was not the typical places that I booked on our 10 day road trip, however our room was amazing, very clean spacious, beds we’re comfortable, only thing was AC seemed like it could not be controlled even though we changed the temperature , we could however would leave the window crack open for fresh cool air. Breakfast was OK, it could have been more efficient as people had to wait for coffee to be re filled a few times. I still give it a 5 star because of the room!

Ads for this motel feature pictures of the indoor pool which has not been operational for some time. We booked 4 nights and were told the pool wouldn't be open during our stay. The ads are misleading given the pool was the reason we booked this motel. No discount was offered. Otherwise, a very clean and basic place to stay. Staff were friendly.

Their indoor pool was not working but they advertised it was available. They should have noted that on the website so we could have chose another location. We had access to a stove and full size fridge but that was not listed. We could have brought cutlery and dishes so we could have ate there.

Facility was dated but clean. Had a TV but placement on the wall was inconvenient. Had a free Continental breakfast, there was something for everyone, good option to start the day. Location was great for the areas we visited, close to Charlottetown for a night out and 30 minutes from Cavendish for a day of fun! Staff was friendly. If your looking for fancy not for you but if your looking for a base to lay your head, perfect!

This is an older inn and the owners look to be repairing many parts of the motel. The swimming pool was closed due to repairs. The rooms were clean but in needs of tlc. Breakfast was ok but lacked variety. For $229 per night taxes included, it seemed to be overpriced for what was offered.

The 2 bedroom family room was great for my husband and I to get a good night's sleep by having each our room. The full kitchen was a plus with open concept where the living room was very spacious. We liked that there was no carpeting in this room. We found the beds very comfy with AC in each bedroom. Only one TV which was in the living room area. Lots of clean towel sets each day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were only 14 minutes away from Charlottetown. However, for anyone with mobility issues, please specify that you want the ground floor when booking your reservation. The lady at the desk did suggest that we could cancel and book somewhere else but at this time of the late afternoon, what would be the chances of finding another 2 bedroom suite close to Charlottetown for that very night? This is an older motel with no elevator. When we checked in, we found out that we were booked on the second floor with 8 steps, a landing & 8 more steps. My husband had to physicall help me while I held on to the railing to go up those stairs, one step at a time! Not sure about other rooms but this family room needed cosmetic repairs. Paying $229. plus 15% taxes per night ($263.35) was very costly! The breakfast was vegetarian but still good. It consisted of salad, corn flakes or fruit loops, eggs, hash brown potatoes, yogourt, toast, tiny muffins, tiny croissants, bite size brownies, orange or apple juice, milk,coffee & tea. There was no meat of any kind & no fruits.
