"We stay here 2-3 times a year and this is the worst condition it has ever been in. Both towel racks were barely hanging on the wall. Our deadbolt didn’t work. The floor was either poorly installed or had water damage they tried to fix by filling with silicone which was rough to the bare foot. The mattress pad was hanging off the bed and floor was dirty. "
