Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Clean, well appointed room & fabulously friendly staff. Home away from home in undisturbed wilderness, in a very cute cottage. Will come again.
An absolutely wonderful place to stay. No mobile reception, no internet, no TV - all contribute to the serenity and peacefulness. Lovely dinner at the hotel.
It was a quiet and secluded location and it was great being able to switch off from the world for a weekend.

Its good to be relaxing at a place without TV, internet and phone once in a while. The Queen Eco cottage was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff at the hotel. Highly recommend the Pieman River cruise even if its not on the Arcadia.

Lovely spot
Great kayaking
Nice hosts
Haven't had to boil a kettle on a gas stove for 28 years, but necessary where there's no surplus of electricity. Took me back!
We loved the fact that we were able to stay at a property in the Tarkine wilderness area. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was a pleasant experience serving good quality food.
Not having a TV, internet and no mobile connectivity was a benefit
Beautiful off grid accommodation with no wifi, phone reception or TV's. Amazing staff and delicious food at the Tarkine Hotel. Lots of walks to do and a great river cruise. Would highly recommend.
We have stayed here before and decided to visit again as part of our trip to the South west. Wonderful to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the quiet and peace of the wilderness. No TV or internet, just us.
