This fully air conditioned villa is located in a peaceful yet convenient location and although car hire is highly recommended it is within walking distance of Gouvia village.
Boasting four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the master suite occupies the whole of the first floor. There is ample storage and an en-suite bathroom. This dual aspect suite has sliding glass doors onto spacious verandas which enjoy lovely views of the north east coast. The further three bedrooms (1 double & 2 twins) are located on the lower garden level and have access to a family bathroom, a family shower room and a separate guest WC.
The open plan living area is extremely comfortable with 3 sofas, dining table and a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and the usually electrical appliances one would expect.
From the lounge area there are sliding doors out onto the covered veranda where you can enjoy relaxed breakfasts, lazy lunches and alfresco evening dining.
The large tiled swimming pool sits within paved patios with ample sun loungers and parasols.
There are gates to the front of the property, a long private driveway and vehicle parking.

Relaxing week
We were a group of 8 staying in this lovely villa, had everything you need for a relaxing week away, pool was a highlight for the kids, lovely views from the balcony. You need a car to get around as it is up a very steep hill about 10 minutes drive to restaurants and sea front. Had a great time!

Our stay in GOUVIA
let me begin by saying that the outdoor area is lovely. Pool is sparkling clean and the yard area is very well kept. The pool was not heated so we did not use it. The kitchen and Living area was adequate. We did not use the TV. We cooked breakfast every morning and found everything we needed. The bathrooms are clean and had everything we needed. My problem was the beds. They are not comfortable and the bed linens were substandard. There were no extra pillows and no extra blankets. When I asked for an extra blanket, one was brought the next day.We did not sleep well at the house. If this was updated and improved, I could see this being a five star property.

Very nice property, in very good condition, everything we needed was there.
Excellent villa for a relaxing break, the pool and the views make it special. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property. Only improvement I would make is to instal air con in the lounge, other than that, perfect.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Acacia. The house was perfect for our group of 7, clean and well equipped. Very nice views from the master bedroom and the garden, and the best of all, according to my four kids: the pool! A car is recommended, if you want to explore different beaches or go to the restaurants in town during the evening.
If I may suggest something to improve this beautiful holiday rental, this would be to have at least some water to drink and soap in the bathrooms when you arrive.
We hope to come back soon!
