Simply outstanding in every way! Staff were all so attentive & friendly and made us feel so welcome. The service, facilities, bar and restaurants were all 5 star. Don’t hesitate to book as you won’t be disappointed. It was an amazing, unforgettable experience swimming in the warm rooftop pool surrounded by snowy rooftops. We can’t wait to return and bring the family.

Excellent stay, friendly staff and convenient for the train station, Tivoli gardens and a short walk into the city centre. Great live music in the evening, and the rooms were spacious and to an excellent spec. Unfortunately didn’t have time to try the outdoor pool! Would highly recommend
