Our family of five stayed for ten days in late May, 2024. The apartment was advertised as a "penthouse," but it was on the 3rd floor.
There was a real issue with ventilation: in one bedroom, a small window could open only a few inches; in a second bedroom, one of the two windows was sealed shut and the other one could open only a few inches; in the third apartment, both windows could open only a few inches. Leaving them open at night for ventilation let in lots of traffic noise, plus lowering the blinds since it became bright outside at 4:30 am led to lots of rattling sounds. As a result, we needed to keep the windows closed, which made the rooms extremely stuffy. The owners said they could do nothing about this problem.
In the small hallway leading to both bathrooms, a bright light came on automatically with a motion sensor: very disturbing when you're trying to help yourself return to sleep. Here, too, the owners said there was nothing they could do. (We eventually taped a black t-shirt over the light.)
One bathroom had no shelves for any storage (e.g., hairdryer, shaving kit).
The neighborhood is nondescript and commercial, with the nearest interesting things (a park, a nice area of shops) being several blocks away.
The owners did provide fresh towels when asked. Their online handbook is very clear. The showers and appliances all worked. Wifi was good.
I would choose another apartment next time.
