We thought the lady who checked us in was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. All the information was texted to us and very straightforward. The bathroom did not have much room for our toiletries etc. Bed small but comfortable. The shelf above the fridge could be dangerous bending down.

The only issue was that most of the motels in Cooma are on Sharpe street which is the main road and extending to the highway so lots of truck noise from 5 am
