High Quality B&B

Tir-y-Coed sets the standard for a high quality B&B. A beautifully maintained property with comfortable rooms and excellent freshly cooked breakfasts. Host Sandra goes out of her way to make your stay special, and the grounds are great if you like relaxing in the sun or spotting the many birds that come to the feeders. Highly recommended.

Beautifully presented B&B with kind and friendly staff. There is not a thing I would fault with our stay. The bed & room were extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious and it seems that all aspects to ensure you had a great time was ensured. They also had some great local recommendations for dining & activites within the Conwy /Snowdonia area.

Great holiday break

Hosts are very attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were excellent and good size portions. Very clean but the shower unit could do with an update and also somewhere to hang the large bath towels after use would be good. The gardens are magnificent. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Everything was perfect. The best 4 days holiday in a tranquil enviropnment The owners, Sandra and Chris went out of their way to be helpful.
