The staff was awesome. They treat us like family, specially Erica, Ian and the other girl in the front desk. The web page said that it has restaurant and theres no restaurant at all. Only for breakfast. The rooms has to be fix. The closet, tables, bathrooms (it was clean but has to be renew). There was a family that book a room for the marshmellow fire and there were no marshmellows. The kid was sad. Again I want to emphasize that the staff was great and it is not about them.

Todo limpio y ordenado. La villa tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta. El desayuno venía incluido en la tarifa, lo que fue un plus muy relevante para nosotros. Claro que volvería.

Excellent service from the desk overnight guy. He brought us complementary hot chocolate and the next morning saved us breakfast at 10 am and allowed us to check out later at 1 pm.

I went through some inconvenience with the leaking in the kitchen and bathroom, dirty bathroom, old towels with human hair and stains. the front desk very unstaffed. One person was doing all hotel duties such as prepare food, maintenance among other things. I also want to mention that the villa we stayed in is very outdated. It looks like the owner and or management didn’t make any updates or replacements since it was originally built. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The bedroom nightstands are also due a replacement. The cleaning is horrible. There is dust and stains everywhere.

The staff asked to pay at front desk, just wanna do everything thru expedia. Room was smaller than pics. Breakfast first day was served at 9am as coffee too and that was very inconvenient. No bonfire and hotel conditions weren’t at its best
