The rooms were clean, decorative and trendy. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpfull. We loved the in house restaurant and bar which was such a great addition so we didn't have to leave the property to find dinner. We were so thankful to find this wonderful place to rest our heads on some of the most comfortable beds.

The room was very clean, the towel were clean and plenty of them. The staff were all excellent and very polite and friendly. The hotel overall was extremely nice with a great view. Parking lot was also well maintained and well lit. I recommend it to anyone staying in the Houston area

Everything was good except a few minor faucet problems in the shower. It’s a bit old and rusted therefore water was leaking from parts of the tube. Hallways were a little dirty along with the carpet but everything in the room was clean. The staff was great! Very courteous! I would have left a 5 star because of them but because of the plumbing issues is why I made it a 4 star

At the last minute, I was an extenuating circumstances andunable to come to the first night of my two night reservation. I called the hotel directly and they referred me to hotels.com. There was no one to talk to at hotels.comand I got no reply from the virtual assistant. I’m extremely disappointed in this service and will never use them again.
