Resort style, Excellent for Family trip!!

The room and the service is excellent. The location of the resort was little remote for me driving into it at night time. I wish they had a larger sign and an instruction on how to enter the property at night time. The resort MUST fix the stairs in the lobby area. Big minus for me.

Nice and relaxing place.

Good find. Very good price. We were however put in the older wing of the building, not the same as what is pictured on their web site. Most things a family will need are included. Kitchen is tiny. Very peaceful and nice location by the river but not much else around the immediate vicinity. Staff were nice and very helpful. On site parking is a bit of a problem as parking place is very cramped.

Brilliant stopover for us.

A very nice location right on the banks of the seine. The resort itself is top notch and for the price we paid it was outstanding. Staff spoke English and were super helpful. Beautiful studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen. When you surf the internet back home looking for a hotel often you feel let down or not impressed, but not this time, brilliant choice. Highly recommended.

Special place to stay.

Lovely setting by River Seine and pleasant to walk in the grounds. Area around the apartment complex is beautifully maintained. Each apartment is set overlooking the river. Ours was on 3rd level with roofline and a small balcony. Decor lovely and everything clean and well presented. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was chilly to sleep in though bedroom warmed up after heater turned up. Nice to have such a pleasant stop overnight.

Nice place but lacking in some key areas

Room key was just a blank white card, not even in a cardholder showing the room number. Because of ongoing works there are no room numbers on the doors so trial and error found the room. There is no lift so the hotel isn't suitable for people with mobility problems. There was a kitchenette with oven, but there were no baking sheets or oven proof dishes or oven gloves. So using the oven really isn't possible. The was detergent for the dishes but no scouring pad or towel to clean properly. There was no cleaning materials, so if there was a spill nothing could be used to clean up. Otherwise the room was comfortable but not sound proofed, a school trip was there are the same time and their riotous noisy could be heard until very late. There is a lack of accessible power points, maybe they were just hidden by the furniture.

Pretty rural setting but easy to get to by car

It is on a nice piece of property near the water. It would be a great place for kids or people who enjoy nature. The outdoor areas were great. The apartment was fine and clean. The furniture and bed were comfortable. It could use some sprucing up as the fixtures were older, the walls could use painting, etc. There was a decent restaurant across the street, but eating options are limited. With the kitchenette provided, it would be a good idea to bring your own food. The front desk will take your order for breakfast pastries (baguette, or choice of plain, chocolate or raisin croissants.) Reception desk is in the middle of the complex, quite a walk from the car. Apartments can be quite a ways from the car, so if you have people with mobility issues, ask for a room on the ground floor near the parking area.

outdid expectations

We were looking for somewhere cheap to stay on an overnight trip to Giverny. I found this on line and although the photos looked good one can never really tell. My wife and I were blown away by this Hotel. The grounds were delightful. The facilities were more than we expected. The staff were extremely helpfull and polite. The only down side was the fact that it neede a bit of touching up here and there but not in any way to detract from our stay. we very much plan on returning

Quiet location & nice appartments

Very clean and spacious appartment on a pleasant riverside resort. Indoor [payable] and free outdoor pool. Quiet and secure site with a couple of decent restaurants within walking distance.Only downside is you need an electronics degree to work out how the main TV works.

Pictures on the site misleading!

Impressed with the pictures (on the site) of the 2 bedroom apt...disappointed with actual property. The pictures apparently are of a "family unit" of which they only have 5 on the property. Pictured is not what we got for the 2 bedroom apt. No matter if you are renting for 1 day or a week, you are given a "welcome package" of 2 dishwasher tablets & 1 individual pack of regular coffee & 1 decaf coffee (no tea), any more is sold to you. We made 3 consecutive day reservations to have flexibility. When we checked in the reservations were combined but amenities were not. Expedia was not able to find us an alternate property though customer service was very understanding, so we spent 3 uncomfortable, inconvenient days there.

Nice apartment, well equipped.

Was expecting a hotel room but got a fully functional apartment for 1 night. Very comfortable & clean. All mod cons (fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, etc etc). Only downside is that you have to organise your own food/breakfast (nothing available on site) and take out your own rubbish before leaving! So this is not a hotel, it is a self-catering apartment. However it was a really great place to spend a couple of nights.

Superb Holiday Complex - Highly Recommend

This was just an overnight stay on way back from Spain so we didn't get an opportunity to check out all the facilities. Our self catering apartment was delightful fully equipped plus all those little extra provided nothing skimped. The site itself was really lovely with lots of grounds and facilities within a gated secure complex including a lake abd on the river seine - we would certainly recommend as a base for an extended holidaywith plenty to keep occupied and an attractive very quiet base for an area with much to see.

great location and room for family

had a nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, and lounge/diner, so great for a family. nice facilities at the hotel, and fab location by the River Seine. it proved to be an ideal stop over for us on route from Calais to the Vendee

Excellent!!

We were incredibly impressed with our accommodation - The appartment was clean, beautiful, well decorated and very well equipped. We only spent one night there on our way further south but could easily have spent our entire holiday there, it was that good. The complex and surroundings were absolutely beautiful. We arrived late after a terrible car journey from Eurostar, battling a very bad storm but the men on reception were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and Julien even ordered us a takeaway pizza because we were so exhausted. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location for tranquil stay

Stayed here yesterday. Beautiful surroundings, right next to the river. Wonderful location but a car is a requirement. Had to pay for Internet which was unusable. Signal ok, but speed non-existent. When mentioning this to reception, seems that this was not unusual and he was very understanding and reversed the charge. So well down owners! Would even be better if HIGH SPEED internet is reliably available. So many of us need it now for 24/7 work availability. But if you can unplug from work, this is ideal place to unwind a little and read a book, go for a stroll, swim in the pool (charges apply), or use the games room. Washer/dryer needs a manual in ENGLISH - we used it, but unsuccessfully.
