Wedding and multiple events closed off the arboretum so no on else could use. Room was not ready till 4:35 - staff setting up for events not enough housekeepers to have rooms ready for a check in on time A/C broken in room - carpet furnishings old and dirty

The rooms and beds were comfortable, and we loved the large open atrium area where you can hang out in groups privately (the kids enjoyed hanging out with their friends there). The bathrooms are small, and the toilette did not function correctly in our room. Bring food because their food is not great and the breakfast eggs were inedible.

The rooms were fine and clean. Met our needs. Our neighbors were very loud and we could here them through the walls which may indicate thinner walls. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, and coffee/tea. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a bad hotel, but we had issue with wifi, plugged drain in the bathtub. It changed ownership a few weeks ago, and the included breakfast is now a joke, compared to what it used to be. Toast and cereal and either pancakes or waffles. No eggs, sausage or bacon.

The staff was helpful. Traders Joes and Sam's club are across the street. The property was underwhelming and somewhat dirty (floors throughout)old,dirty and in some areas also snelt of smoke and animals. The complementary breakfast was embarrassing and really underrepresented the corporation and ownership. Beware you will be charged for parking each day in a parking lot that ihad no security and people not staying at the hotel parked for no fee.

The Concord is an older hotel but convenient for the purpose. Rooms old but comfortable and clean. I didn’t use housekeeping but they were on the floor daily. My coffee maker wasn’t working first day so it had to be replaced. Otherwise all is ok…no restaurant just a bar & grill type service.
