Excellent apartment! Very nice to be connected to the Sheraton but still with our own privacy. Very comfortable beds and perfect for our family. We loved the close proximity to the grocery store and the city center.

Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us.

Amazing stay at this property with a family of 5 (3 teens) and our service dog. Everyone was extremely comfortable and please with the space. Not only that, but the landscaping is beautiful. Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. Suggest posting WiFi password somewhere in the apartment and instructions on where to put the trash. Restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant but was fully booked for our stay. Wish we could’ve tried that, but the grocery store was only 100 meters away. Everything else was seamless and a perfect Christmas for my family. Hope to see you again.
