Charming two-room apartment completely renovated within Como’s historical city walls.

The apartment, accessed by the shared porch, consists of entrance hall, a large furnished kitchen with dining area, bathroom with hydro-massage shower, living room with a double sofa bed. A gorgeous cast iron staircase will take you to the attic floor, built as two separate rooms, a master bedroom and a walk-in closet or study area.

The building lies in the old Cortesella neighbourhood, right in the middle of the historical centre of Como, a short walk from Piazza Cavour and Piazza Volta in the heart of the city, and the lake ferry station. Also, at walking-distance you will find the Trenitalia train station that will connect you to Milan with 1-hour trips or the bus station if you prefer. A few minutes’ walk and you reach the Duomo, piazza San Fedele and the Teatro Sociale, the historic city theatre.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Casa Vitani was sensational. Situated in a charming, historical area of Como, it has both traditional character and every modern amentity you could wish for. So many thoughtful touches including maps, a well equipped and spacious kitchen, ample storage, climate control, keyless access, beautiful decor and laundry. Stefano was an amazing host, giving clear instructions and local information. He was easily contactable and responsive. Cas Vitani was easily the best stay we have had in Europe and offers outstanding value for money. Highly recommended for a stay in Como you will never forget!

Home away from home

Casa Vitani is located in the heart of the historic part of Como. Although the location is in the town center, it is very quiet at night. The lake, train station, bus station, restaurants, boutiques and grocery stores are very close by. We enjoyed staying there very much. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well equipped. It has dishwasher and washing machine to do your laundry. The beds are comfortable. I highly recommend for anyone to stay there, you will love it.
