Lots of natural light in this newly renovated duplex on a quiet street in the heart of Clintonville. Minutes from Riverside Hospital, downtown Columbus and Ohio State University and The James Cancer Clinic. 3 bedrooms can comfortably sleep 6 adults. A short walk to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, boutiques and a Saturday morning farmer's market!

Downstairs you’ll have access to your own private entrance, screened in front porch with patio furntire, a living and dining room, half bath and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. For families with young children we offer a pack-n-play or crib option, baby monitor, baby bath and accessories and sound machine.

The front door is just inside the screened-in porch, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a complimentary washer and dryer in the basement. You are also welcome to enjoy the backyard and patio's gas grill and fire pit. The backyard and patio are a shared space my family also uses, if you wish to have a private evening under our outdoor lights just let me know and I will happily accommodate you.

You will have a completely private stay with 2 separate entrances to choose from. We live on the other side of the duplex, I have a high value in your privacy—a key pad will get you into the house. I am absolutely available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, WIFI, local TV and movies on Netflix and Amazon. For those looking to unplug--please enjoy the books and board games.

We loved our stay here! The location was great. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted. The home is beautiful and there are many extras that the owner included (wine!). There were toothbrushes and toothpaste available, which was great because one of us forgot to bring ours. The photos look just like the home. I wish it had been warmer, we would have sat out in the back patio and the front porch. I would stay here again!

A group of former roommates and Istayed for the weekend to go to the Ohio State game. This duplex was was old, but with beautiful, efficient updates that kept the charm of the house (OG wood floors) while still making it a comfortable, clean place to stay. There was a TV and games available in the living space and a spacious kitchen to cook in. It was not too far from campus, and there are things to do and restaurants just a few blocks down on High Street that are walkable. We would definitely return.

Loved everything about the house and the location! Beautiful older home had everything we needed, including high chair and crib. Wonderful neighborhood with much to do in walking distance. Host was welcoming and extremely responsive. (Be aware the upstairs floors where the bedrooms are creak quite loudly which may be a problem for light sleepers.) Hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect place to spend Christmas with a large family

We flew across the country to spend the holidays with extended family. Rachel made aspects of this trip so much easier than expected. We have 4 teenagers and the space was perfect! Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 under two stayed here comfortably for 7 nights. First off, if you’re traveling with little ones this is the place for you. The location of this house is close to everything you could want in the Columbus area, also walking distance to a playground. Our host Rachael was so accommodating, offering important items that are crucial to traveling with small children but nearly impossible to bring on a plane. She had high chairs, baby gates, and a crib which made our stay even better. We did have a small issue which was resolved promptly and effectively. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Columbus area.
