I didn’t like that I my room was entered into by another person while I'm laying on the bed half naked and the staff didn’t treat me with enough respect to give me a call back with handling the situation after I called the dront desk to report what had happened. I felt disrespected and not treated like a guest here. Hioe no one has to be treated like this.

Excellent stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got extra towels and bedsheets when we asked for them. It was nice to have a full kitchen.

This room was perfect for my families extended stay for a few months. Other than beds needing updating and few other minor things. The room was perfect and way better than I expected based off other reviews. And the staff here go above and beyond, special thank you to Lisa the GM for all her hard work to help our family!

Not like advertised pictures at all. Screws backing out of door locks/ electrical panel in/ towel hanger. Stains on bed/ couch and the office chair was falling apart. Fire place is wood not gas as well.

Room was clean, comfortable, bathroom walls old, some hair in tub, our bed continued to have a wet spot that continued to spread during the night. We paid for breakfast, they don’t offer breakfast. I just had surgery, there were no ground level rooms, it was difficult climbing 17 steps.

Would rather sleep outside.

When we arrived, the lobby was closed and we had to call for someone to "come down". A lady showed up in pajamas and said, "I was just about to lay down". Very odd. Also, the room was less than impressive, actually a disaster. Very cheap furniture, no smart TV. Bathroom was disgusting and the shower had a constant drip.

Room smelled like weed...toilet broken. Nobody at front desk...they ask you to call a cell number and nobody answered....asked for refund and have been told manager would call me several times and it's been a week already....do y stay here

My experiemce was terrible, i couldn't sleep there i had to cancel the reservation and look another hotel. The fist room the gave me wasn't ready and it was dirty... The second after i went to frontdesk to to advise was 77° with women hair on floor amd looked unsafe. I had to go front desk again and cancel,. The fromt desk lady told me that they wont refund me my money because i singned a paper 5min before. This is unpressentable they just wanted to stole me. I need my refund!
