Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

Disclaimer :

You are on Dennison Avenue in Victorian Village, a residential block about eight minutes on foot from Nationwide Arena and the Convention Center, with Goodale Park right around the corner. It is a good deal quieter here than staying out on High Street, though Dennison is a through street, so you will hear steady traffic during the day. Event nights at the Arena bring more cars past the door and street parking around the block fills up fast. Every bedroom has a white noise machine, a fan and earplugs. If you are a very light sleeper or you are booking around a big event weekend, reach out and we will find one of our quieter homes a few minutes away.

This home offers 1 street off street spot for 1 vehicle only, if parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $15 per additional vehicle per night!

Other Things to Note:

✍🏻 A $300 security deposit hold is placed 1–2 days before arrival (not an actual charge) and is automatically released 5-7 days after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation

Our home is a 4 unit apartment! Each home is completely separate & private from one another but please keep in mind there is a shared common door and front poarch



The apartment has two floors total:

Each floor has 2 units, & your unit is located downstairs! Your home contains the living room space, bathroom & kitchen area. It also has 1 bedroom with 1 Queen sized bed, & queen air mattress .



Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!



🚦 Possible City Noise – We've provided white noise machines in every bedroom to ensure a restful sleep 🐦🎵
