It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pool was broken. There was no breakfast. The front desk staff was rude. The first set of sheets on the bed was staying with blood, and the second set they brought us had burn holes in them, the mattress sustained the ceiling was peeling. There was no toilet paper And no one offered anything to make it better or make it right.

I came hoping to do laundry and there was no laundry room, no Gym, no pool, the breakfast wasn't good. I requested a furst floor room, the lady said there wasnt any available and that they were Wheel chair accessible and I am using a cane, I really wanted a walk in shower but i didn't get that on the second floor.

Terrible experience!

I’m furious. We arrived and we were met outside (in the rain) by a man who told us they had no rooms. When I told him we had a reservation he said but we don’t have any rooms for you. He wouldn’t let us in the building. When I tried to call the hotel, the phone number listed had been disconnected. Talk about an UNrestful stay!

Assistant manager said we would have a complete refund. No one can give me any information whatsoever, including you, Expedia. We had to change our own sheets because there wasn’t enough staff there and the sheets in our room had not been changed. They were filthy. The bathroom was filthy. Nothing had been cleaned. We even had to run the sweeper ourselves. because there was nowhere else to stay close to the event we came to Columbus for.
